Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
To ensure all clients receive the best service experience and to keep appointments running on schedule, a 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled. I will reach out to discuss the best option based on the remaining service time and my schedule for the day.
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Because of this, there is no additional cancellation fee. However, late arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period may result in forfeiture of the appointment and require rescheduling.
